Bibimguksu (Korean Spicy Cold Noodles) 비빔국수

Instructions
In a medium pot, boil noodles (1 serving) according to package instructions. In another small pot, boil an egg (1) to your liking as well (typically hard boiled).
While noodles and egg are cooking, chop kimchi (1–2 chopstick-fuls) up and add all of the sauce ingredients together.
Chop up cucumber (¼) into matchsticks.
Once the egg is done cooking, shock it in ice cold water. When noodles are done cooking, strain, and rinse in cold water.
Transfer strained noodles into the bowl with the sauce mixture and mix well.
Garnish with cucumber, sesame seeds, egg, and enjoy!
