Cheat Mazesoba w/ Instant Ramen

Instructions
Mince garlic (1 ½ cloves), dice scallion (1 stalk) and chives (1 bunch), and cut up seaweed (1 bunch) into small thin strips.
In a small pan heat oil (1 Tbsp) over medium low heat, then sauté minced garlic and scallion whites (1 stalk) til fragrant.
Once fragrant, add ground pork (¼–⅓ lb) and separate into crumbled bits. Sauté for 2-3 minutes.
Season with black pepper (¼ tsp) and mirin (1 tsp). Then add spicy ramen seasoning (½ packet), ramen flakes (1 packet), oyster sauce (1 Tbsp), and water (2 Tbsp). Stir well and cook til well combined and saucy.
Cook ramen noodles (1 package) until al dente.
In a bowl, add ramen noodles, sesame oil (1 tsp), rice vinegar (½ tsp), and noodle water (2–3 Tbsp). On top of the noodles, add chives (1 bunch), seaweed (1 bunch), scallion (1 stalk), minced garlic (1 ½ cloves), ramen seasoning (½ packet), and egg yolk (1).
Serve and when ready to eat, mix all together and enjoy!
