Hong Kong Style French Toast

Instructions
Cut off the crusts of the bread (2–3 slices) and spread one layer of peanut butter in between each slice, before stacking them on top of one another.
In a deep dish plate/bowl, crack an egg (1), add heavy cream (1 Tbsp), and a dash of vanilla extract (¼ tsp). Whisk well.
Coat all sides of the toast in the egg mixture and start heating up enough oil to shallow fry in a pan.
Once the oil is heated, fry your French toast til golden brown on all sides. Transfer to a plate.
Cut a slab of butter (½ Tbsp), place on top, and drizzle with condensed milk. Serve and enjoy!
