Instructions

  1. Cut tofu (1 box), spam (1 can), and sausages (4) into slices.

  2. Slice onion (½ medium), and green onion (1), mince garlic (1 Tbsp), and prep the enoki mushrooms (1 package) (cut off dirty ends and rinse).

  3. Combine gochujang (1 Tbsp), gochugaru (1 Tbsp), soy sauce (1 Tbsp), minced garlic, and salt and pepper (to taste) and mix well.

  4. Start heating up your beef bone broth (4 cups) in a pot.

  5. In a wide pot, place the onions first, and arrange the spam, tofu, rice cakes ( cup), sausage, and mushrooms however you’d like on top!

  6. Add the sauce, baked beans (3 Tbsp), kimchi (1 cup) and scallion (1) on top, in the middle of everything!

  7. Pour in the beef bone broth and let it boil for ~5 minutes.

  8. Add your ramen (1 package) and cheese (1 slice), boil till 2/3 cooked.

    It’ll cook the rest of the way as it simmers

  9. Garnish with scallions, mix sauce into broth well if it hasn’t been mixed evenly, and enjoy!
