  1. Mince garlic (5 cloves) and set aside.

  2. Wash, peel, devein, and dry shrimp (12–14 medium) with a paper towel.

  3. Marinate shrimp in paprika (1 Tbsp), garlic powder (2 tsp), salt and pepper (to taste), cornstarch (2 Tbsp), and panko (1 Tbsp).

  4. In a pan over medium heat, add oil (1–2 Tbsp) and fry shrimp til one side is golden brown.

  5. Turn heat to medium low, flip shrimp, then add butter (1 ½–2 Tbsp) and garlic (5 cloves). Cook til shrimp is golden brown.
